How long until you hear back

Bugs and billing: Usually within a few hours during weekdays, always within 24 hours.

Feature requests and feedback: Within 1–2 days. We read everything personally and will write back, even if just to acknowledge.

Press, partnerships, and teams: Within 2–3 days, sometimes longer if we need to think it over.

If something is urgent and you haven't heard back, write again — we might have missed it. We don't have a support team. It's just the founders, and we're trying our best.

⚠ One thing we can't help with

We cannot give you investment advice or stock tips. Don't write to us asking whether to buy a stock, what your target price should be, or whether you should sell something. Kasauti is a screening tool, not a financial advisory. We're not SEBI-registered and giving you advice would be illegal — and irresponsible. If you want methodology guidance, ask Sanjaya inside the app. He's good at that.

Two countries, one product.

Kasauti is built and maintained between Canada and India. The founder lives in British Columbia and writes the code. India operations are handled on the ground by a co-founder. Both partners read the inbox.
