Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing month. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — access continues until the end of the year you paid for. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your account stays active on the Free tier. You'll lose access to the full NSE universe and unlimited watchlist/portfolio, but everything else continues working. Your watchlist gets trimmed to 6 stocks (you choose which) and portfolio to 4 positions. Nothing is deleted forever.
How does the Founding Member 3-year price lock work?
If you sign up as a Founding Member at ₹2,449/year, that price stays the same when you renew in year 2 and year 3. No price hikes for three full years. When new features launch (pattern recognition, backtesting, mobile app), you get them at the same price.
When does the Founding Member offer close?
Diwali 2026. After that, this tier disappears entirely. Existing Founding Members keep their benefits, but no new sign-ups will be accepted at this rate. There is no spot cap before Diwali — it's first-come-first-locked.
Will Pro prices ever go up?
For existing subscribers, no. If you sign up at ₹299/month today, that's your price for as long as you stay subscribed. New tiers (Pro Plus, Max) may launch above Pro in the future with new features, but your existing Pro tier stays the same.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed by Razorpay — UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and digital wallets (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay). We do not store your card details. Razorpay handles all security and PCI compliance.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time, but if you've genuinely had a problem with the product within the first 7 days of going Pro, email us and we'll work it out. We're a small company. We try to do right by our customers.
Is GST included?
Yes. Every price you see on this page is inclusive of 18% GST. There are no hidden charges. The amount you see is the amount you pay.
Need it for a team or trading group?
We don't list team or group pricing publicly. If you run a trading community, an investment club, or want multi-seat licences for a small team, write to us. We'll work out something that makes sense for both sides.
